Hi there,
My three-year-old Charge 2 started showing white vertical lines across the screen this morning. It's the first problem I've had with it. Admittedly I haven't made much movement since this started, but it seems when I sync with the app, it's not registering the few steps I've taken.
Any advice? I've tried rebooting by holding the Charge's button for 7 and 15 seconds. I'm not in the position to spend $150 on a new device, so I'm holding out (not much) hope that I can fix it.
