I have the same issue but with my Inspire HR device. Have an Iphone 8, updated with the latest iOS 13.5.1. Anyone give you any tips on how to resolve? I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I restarted my phone. Nothing is working.

No.  Heart rate does work on my fitbit itself, but not on my phone any more.  Oh well!  Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

 This is the exact problem I am having with my charge 2 using an iPhone 8 Plus. Followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps and it is still not working!

Did you figure out how to resolve this problem? I have the same issue on my iPhone 8. I miss it on the elliptical

No, Fitbit said there is no issue and it hadn’t worked up until last week.
All of the sudden it started working again but it’s intermittent.
