Why does my exercise heart rate not match my daily heart rate?

 

The peak rate in my exercise log is 20 beats higher than daily heart rate.

Hello @WHC and welcome to the Community.  Each data point on your daily heart rate graph is an average over five minutes.  The exercise details show an average over one minute.  The daily heart rate graph smooths out the peaks and valleys.

Hello @WHC and welcome to the Community.  Each data point on your daily heart rate graph is an average over five minutes.  The exercise details show an average over one minute.  The daily heart rate graph smooths out the peaks and valleys.
