Hi, I've an issue with my Charge 2. It won't switch on, neither I can restart it. When it's charging, the display show only 22.55.02. Any advice?

I am having the exact same problem. I have reinstalled the app and done a restart on the device, but still no luck.
this happened after I did the update a couple days ago.
Help! Any suggestions?

Hey @Damiam, thanks for your reply. Sounds great that your Charge 3 is syncing fine now. Now in regards of the data that got lost, let me explain to you that Charge 3 stores your data, including daily stats, sleep information, and exercise history, for 7 days.

I have this same issue. I've done the steps to restart the fitbit, and have tried to plug into USB directly. It's the version 22.55.02. Sometimes it would act like it's fully charged while connected. Then when I take it off and put it back on my wrist, it maintains the charge for a few seconds where I can cycle through all the various displays. Then it goes to the battery with the ! mark in the middle, and then to a completely blank screen. This just started happening for the past couple of days. I've tried the steps multiple times with the same results. Please advise.

I've had my Alta for years, bought a new Charge 2 and have had it on the wall charger for 20 hours and it still will not turn on. No vibration or anything. Contactor is making good connection.
