Help identifying Fitbit model

Hi,

I've inherited what I think it is a Fitbit, at least it looks very much like the Charge series one I've used before. I've been through a lot pictures and lists online but I can't quite find one that looks like this... the closest I've got is a Charge HR but the one I've got has a slightly wider screen. It runs and charges ok so I'm trying to find a way to reset it to get it into my Fitbit account which would obviously get easier if I had a clue what it was... I've tried to past a gDrive link below, happy to upload somewhere else if that makes it easier.

Hello @PeterHaban

Since you can get the settings of the Fitbit I’d go through directly on the watch to find out the model number. Find the settings gear wheel and tap it. Then scroll down and tap About then on the next page, select the Regulatory info. You should find the model number right at the top. Unlike on the phone, you will get a model number instead of the model name. The model number is a 5-digit code that starts with FB and has 3 random numbers

Look here for matching model numbers: https://www.joesge.com/blogs/product-identification/know-your-fitbit-smart-watch-the-ultimate-guide-...

😃I hope this helps answer your question and help solve the mystery. Tell me what you found out

Hello @PeterHaban and welcome to the Community.  That's definitely not a Charge HR and I don't think it is a Fitbit.  The Charge HR has two contacts on the charging port, not three, and four tiny screws holding everything in place on the underside.  There is another dead giveaway.  The watchband loop -- the part you tuck excess strap into -- says Fitbit on it.
