I have had my Fitbit for two years and love it but for the last two weeks my sleep has been registering as simplified details ( I have done nothing different it is in the same place on arm and I have moved it / restarted all the things suggested . I need to have the sleep function register as it’s one of the reasons I have a Fitbit ! 
Today the heart rate monitor went complete erratic - way up over 100 and saying I’m doing cardio all day !! ( I wish I could !!) 

please help !

Sadly they dont last forever so it could be on its end of life.

Thanks Wendy - don’t think it’s just at the end of its life I know people who have had theirs longer . It seems hard to get direct help / support without being sent round in a loop of things I’ve tried ?? 
It puts me off getting a new Fitbit product !
