How do I stop random females sending me emails asking me to help them with their fitness. 

 

“Help me become more fit on Fitbit.com“

This seems to be a serious data breach in giving my contact details out.

It happens to all of us. Just Block them. Don't even except the friend request if all they have is Male friends and no steps is the main clue

 

In the app upper corner tap on the 3 dots and you will see how to block
