The display on my Charge 2 stopped working. It's a blank screen and some dotted lines. It still syncs to my phone, but no display. Is there anything that can be done to fix the problem and what are steps that I can follow.

I already done that, but its not working. As Fitbit Charge 2 Screen doesn't come up correctly. Tried with changing the Display of clock as well, but no luck.

As they mentioned that I don't have the warranty of Charge HR2, it can't be fixed.
I don't understand the what is the purpose of buying a Fitbit device, if your warranty is gone and something happen to your device then it's a waste of product, as that happen now with me.
I can't do anything, as their is No service center, where it can be fixed. SO I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FITBIT DEVICES IN MY LIFE.

@ashish309 sorry to hear that your Charge 2 is outside the warranty period.
Support does follow the guidelines described in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
I'll be around.
