Help with PC sync

Can someone please give me some tips for syncing my charge 2 with my PC? I have windows 10 and my PC does have Bluetooth capabilities. I can't seem to find an icon to sync my charge2 with the PC. Please help, thank you.

Hi @dragontrucker.  Welcome to the Fitbit forums.

Have you downloaded the Fitbit app from the Microsoft store?

If so, from the dashboard that comes up first, click the Account icon near bottom right - it looks a bit like a drivers license.  Then click your device (i.e. Charge 2).  Then on the right your should see "Sync Now".

 

Let us know if that doesn't fix your issue, or if you have any other questions.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
