I need help with getting text messages and calls on fitbit charge 2

There's a guide to setting up and using notifications that may help. You can find it at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1979/

 

If that doesn't fix it then let us know what problem you are having and we'll try to help

 

One common problem with notifications on the Charge 2 is when it is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the fitbit
