Hey, so I’m new to the Fitbit community, I got my Fitbit second hand given to me for free. It’s 13hrs and 7mins off time wise, I can’t sync it at all and the rubber is peeling off at the top of the screen. Any advice is appreciated, cheers
Hi @Crump374v0c4d0 - What are you trying to sync to? In order to fix the time, you must first install the Fitbit app to a supported device. When it syncs, it should correct the time. I’m concerned about the peeling. Hopefully the innards have not been damaged. Here is a link to the Charge HR manual. It may help.
I’ve tried syncing it to both my iPhone 6 and my partners PC multiple times and neither seems to work.
