My charge 2 wont pop up with the fitbit logo, instead it shows a analog clock...and I can not get it synced to my fit bit app. Please help! Videos on YouTube are not helping!!!

I don't understand.  You don't want it to show a clock?

Are you doing something that you think should get a fitbit logo?

It seems like you are leaving out some important details that you are assuming we already know.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I need my fitbit charge 2 to sync to my app on my phone and everything
tells me to hold the button till Fitbit logo comes up but mine never does
only the clock appears so long story short I cant connect my device and I
dont know what I'm doing wrong. It would be helpful if I got a step to
step. The device appears on my bluetooth list but will not connect on my app

It sounds like you are trying to do a restart.  For that, it has to be on the charging cable, plugged in.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
