Does anyone know how to fix the problem of Fitbit not syncing? I can't get notifications, daily totals of anything. Literally everything it's supposed to tell you for the day.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to sync your Charge 2 device? When was the first time you experienced such difficulties and how many times since then? Because of the fact that you're not receiving notifications too, it seems that you're experiencing connection difficulties with your mobile device and the Fitbit.
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
