Hi so for some unknown reason, my Fitbit charge 2 suddenly stopped connecting with my Google pixel 3a phone a week ago when it's been completely fine for a year and a half. I've tried everything. I've tried restarting my phone, my Fitbit and I tried reaching out to someone at Fitbit who has been as useful as a chocolate teapot, giving me wrong invalid links to then telling me my phone isn't compatible or won't sync because it's my phone's fault?... But it's been syncing and fine for a year and a half (up until a week ago). I don't know what else to do I'm at a loss.. thanks
