This is my first Fitbit and I have always had a high resting heart rate. Will the fitbit eventually adjust my heart rate zones to adjust for my resting heart rate? Since I put it on it says I have 3 hours and 21 minutes in the Fat Burn Zone and 1 hour in Cardio Zone. I haven't moved off the couch in most of that time. How do I adjust to show my normal heart rate is already 104 bpm? Also, the Screen Wake only works sometimes when I turn my wrist. Not a huge fan of having to touch the screen half the time. Thanks!

Hello @LodiCA and welcome to the Community. It might take a day or two for your resting heart rate to settle out to reflect your higher resting heart rate. I don't have a good answer for your screen wake issue. Neither my husband nor I wear a Charge 4. I don't have issues with screen wake. But my husband seems to need a more exaggerated wrist movement from time to time.
