Horizontal lines appearing on screen

I have had my Fitbit since Oct 2019, around 2 day’s ago I noticed 1 small black horizontal line (absence of white on screen) across the screen of my fitbit! These lines are multiplying and there is not 4 - 5 lines and it seems to be increasing! I have tried long and short restart, tried to change clock display and nothing has helped! I have attached photos of what is happening! Please help as it is getting more difficult to read the screen as the lines multiply!

This is the 2nd Charge 3 I have had with this issue.  The first one the lines showed up weeks after getting it and was replaced by Fitbit.  The 2nd one I have had almost a year and the lines showed up last week and now the screen is looking faded as of this morning.

The lines are getting worse and it’s getting more difficult to read! I keep having to change clock face so I can see time but it affects my ability to see other information on screen, please provide help!

Mine is doing it the last few days also and only purchased in Oct 2019. Do we return it where we purchased it or what is the process please?

I have had 2 Charge 3 both did the same thing; and the 2nd one's face is now fading.  If it is out of warranty they may give you a discount to buy another.

Same problem, looks like poor quality of the charge 3. What does the Fitbit company suggests?

They will have you hard boot your Fitbit first.  If that doesn't work and it is still under warranty they will send you a new one or if it is out of warranty they may give you a discount for a new one.
