hi ... have horizontal lines... suspect dead pixels on my Charge 3. Have tried reset and face change but still appear. What should I try now? Or is it hardware and a warranty claim?

Hi, happened to me too. Tried soft reset & hard, neither worked. Ended up contacting Fitbit online and they replaced it for me - very helpful. It also happened with the 2nd one though, so currently on my 3rd!
