I looked and tried the quick fixes listed in the forum but none seem to work. What are my other options?

Mines the same. I’ve contacted support and was advised a reboot but that didn’t work. I’ll be interested to see what it is.

It's either bad quality assurance or planned obsolescence. I have but seen a fix for it. If you're able to get a warranty replacement try that but other than that I haven't seen a fix. I would also recommend not buying their products since they don't acknowledge common problems.
