Hourly Activity History doesn't save.

I have a new Charge 2, a replacement for my old Charge 2, whose screen died.   Although the Hourly Activity feature works perfectly during any given day, this data doesn't save when the date rolls over.  That is, even though I had 11/12 hours of 250+ yesterday (as agreed b/w device and phone app), today the app says I had 0/12 hours yesterday.  And ever day since the change of device.

Mind you, all of the old data from the old device is still there!!  Any help getting my data back would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Mark.

If you are looking at phone app, the data fields below the horizontal line don't switch days when you use left and right arrows to change day.  You have to click on the hours with 250 steps tile to see history.  Even then, lately I am finding sometimes I have to click on that tile, go back to main screen, then click on that tile again and it gets populated the 2nd time.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Johnny, thanks - I was aware of the dashboard issue with the left/right arrows: that wasn't the issue ...

... but!  You nailed it with having to go into the history of that tile TWICE in order for the data to update.  That's crazy, and needs to be fixed!  Thanks for the tip!!   🙂

I was having this same issue with my fitbit and did not understand why. Thought I would check out the website and I found these forms. Super happy I did.

That was very helpful. Solved my problem.

Thanks!

Hello guys @SamInPink and @MarkR2309, welcome to the Community! Robot Happy Sounds pretty cool that the explanation from my friend @JohnnyRow, helped you out. If you guys have to go the history tile twice to get your history hourly activity data too often, then you can log out and log back in to your Fitbit account.

Keep me posted if you have further questions!

Same! At first I don't see my previous history and then I have to go back to home and hit the tile again to see the history ... I would think this would change if this was reported 1.5 years ago!
