Hourly Activity Reminders not working (Charge2)

I'm no longer getting a reminder at 10 to the hour if I've not done my 250 steps. I used to, but noticed over the weekend that it's not been doing it. Not sure if related but FitBit also not buzzing if I get an incoming call.

Both features are switched on in my settings and I've attempted a reset with the device plugged in. Any help please?

Are notifications enabled on the tracker?

Hi,

i was having this issue - having checked ALL settings I pressed and held the little button on the charge 2 and it turns out if you do this it turns notifications on or off. I must have accidentally turned them off on the watch. All sorted now. 🙈

Yep notifications on. Have tried turning them off and on again. And also resetting the device. The function did work up until about a week ago but has appeared to stop.

It seems like these problems are piling up with the Charge 2. First, text notifications began only showing the sender's name instead of the name and the message. That has slowly devolved into me just not receiving notifications anymore. And now, the hourly reminder for me went from messages like "let's get moving" or "10 minutes to get XX steps" and the like to just a generic "Reminder to Move". And now I'm not even getting that.

My notifications are turned on.

It truly feels like Fitbit is running a planned obsolescence on the Charge 2.
