Hourly Activity on Device doesn't match with Fitbit app

Yesterday my Charge 2 tracker showed that I reached my hourly step goal 9 out of 9 hours. However, it does not show that on the app. It shows that I only reached it 8 out of 9 hours. Why don't they agree?

Hey @kiddolamb, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Woman Happy If the hourly step goal on your Charge 2 doesn't match with the Fitbit app after you sync, don't you worry, let me suggest you to try the following to fix this: 

 

- Restart your Charge 2 

- Log out/log in to your Fitbit account to refresh the data

- Force sync it 

 

Let me know if that works!

Solution did not work.  It simply eliminated data from the Charge 2 device.
