Hourly activity information isn't matching

This is at least the 3rd time I’ve reported that my hourly activity on the Fitbit and the sync do not match. I think the issue is when you complete the steps close to the end of the hour the Fitbit will show steps completed and record say 9 out of 9 hours. If any of those hours were completed close to the end of an hour, the sync may not capture that hour and will show say 7 or 8 out of 9 completed. It’s wrong, annoying, and an ongoing issue you seem incapable of correcting, regardless of how often it’s been reported.

UPDATE: I completed 9 out of 9 hours today. Why is the sync showing 7 out of 9? Ridiculous! I'm constantly reporting this and you do nothing to fix the syncing issue. I’m seriously considering purchasing a new device from a competitor once this quarantine is over.

I reported this several weeks ago. My charge 3 shows 9 out of 9 hours yet when I synch I get 8 out of 9. The missing hour is random. Seems if I don’t complete my steps until it’s within the final 10 minutes it’s hit or miss whether they will get counted. It’s annoying and an ongoing issue Fitbit seems unable or uninterested in correcting.

I've been getting my fitness reports reports for two years now. And today I've noticed how messed up these reports are. It's a joke. For example:

8,982 total steps Avg. 1,283 steps per day.  ▼22,615 fewer than last week

once I click on Dashboard, it says (for the exact same week):

30,650 total steps Avg. 3,926 steps per day.

This has happened before, but what really gets me mad and leads me to write is that my sleep graph doesn't match the totals given to me below the graph. And 3 days are completing missing for no reason at all (May 6 - May 8, 2020). Remember I've been checking weekly for 2 years and have never seen such a mess! What's going on?
