Hello, can someone explain all of them? 
dnd - sleep and screen wake

 

I got a text at 4 and and my watch vibrated.

The answer is good, but not good enough. What does it look like when ON vs OFF? The graphic is not obvious. Please provide the graphic for ON and the graphic for OFF.
