Can you please advise how one can lock the Fitbit pay function on the charge 4?
I unlocked Fitbit pay when I was testing it but did not use it for making any payment. However, the function has remained unlocked and does not offer a way to lock it again. Therefore, anyone who can access the device can use the cards.
Can you please advise how to lock it?

Hi, Lucio! Could you tell me why the wallet tile disappeared from the Fitbit app on my phone? It happened since a few days ago. I have a Charge 4. I would appreciate your help

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'd recommend you unpair then pair again your Fitbit device by following these instructions.
If your device is unpaired, that may be the reason why you don't see the Wallet App. As when you remove a device, supported features for that device are removed such as sleep, heart rate, wallet, among others.
