What do you mean by reset?
If you mean reboot as you would with a computer then the instructions are in: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
If you mean reset to factory settings then you can't with the Charge 2 but if you want to do this prior to giving it to someone else then see this blog: https://blog.fitbit.com/used-fitbit/
If neither of those, can you give a little more information?

@Crawfordmelissa A warm welcome to our Community! Are you having any issues with your Charge 2? If this is the case could you share more information about it? @SteveH already provided instructions on how to restart and remove your tracker from your account so I would like to know if you still further assistance.
