There isn't a factory reset option for the Charge 2 but it shouldn't be needed as the data is cleared if the tracker is paired a different account. All your personal data is help on the fitbit servers rather than on the Charge 2 so that's quite safe. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2216.htm
