Hello @LAW9, welcome to the community forums! 

 

Charge 3 automatically recognizes and records many high-movement activities which are at least 15 minutes long. Most devices automatically track several exercises, including a walk, run, or elliptical workout. On your Charge 3 choose the option that best matches your activity (for example, if you attend a spin class, use Spinning). If your exercise isn’t included on the device, then you can choose Workout.
