I bought this Charge 3 right after Christmas 2020 right away it stops sending my messages and phone calls! It wouldn't track my heart rate, Now I am having trouble getting it to sync, I rebooted it now the time isn't right and for some reason I can't set it to the right time, I am so disappointed this Fitbit is not working as it should. it worked perfectly for about 2 weeks now it's went to h_ _l and nothing about it works, I will probably be replacing it with something other than a Fitbit!

Besides the notifications, your Charge 3 is experiencing syncing inconveniences, therefore; the time is incorrect and it should update once the syncing process is completed. I'd like to recommend following these troubleshooting steps for syncing:

For notifications, you can also refer to: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
For Heart Rate, make sure that the Heart Rate setting on your Charge 3 is On. You can check this by going into the Settings app on your Charge 3. There, you can find the Heart Rate setting and make sure if it's On or Off.
