How do I change my clock face?

Guys, I'm not bothered with a Mobile app I'm simply happy to use the Fitbit App downloaded on my Laptop. I cannot for the life of me locate the option to change the clock face; settings seems grayed out on the generic menu. Found a message on the forum stating you can't change the clock face unless you have a Mobile APP. Am I being thick or is this true?

Assuming you are using the Windows 10 Fitbit app, from dashboard click 'Account' icon near bottom right which I guess is supposed to look like a driver's license, then click 'Charge 3' on the left and you will see Charge 3 settings on right, including 'Clocks'.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Ther is noting on the lower right of my dashboard page.  I am on windows 10.  I am frustrated that this fitbit is so much weaker than my old
Garmin.  How do I get to talk to a person to solve the clockface problem.  Are there any clockfase options for Charge 3?  I am about to throw it out.

I do not have anything on my dashboard that says account for me to go into and change my clock face. the one it comes setup with is very irritating. Can you provide instructions on how to change? Mine is a charge 3.

The 'Account' icon has moved to the upper right.

I've looked for the account icon, and there is nothing like a driver's license.  There is a watch, so I clicked there, but no clock option.  This is very frustrating!
