How do I change the step goal on Charge 2 ? Thanks

I changed the steps but it doesn’t save it.

Didn't work for me.  Had to call in, even CSR couldn't change and update.  There is no save button, and once you refresh the page, the updates go away.    Told to wait 48 hours and was given a case number.  What kind of a product is this that changing a goal is such a hassle.  Can't change minutes or miles.
