How do I export my Charge 3 information?

Hello,

When I export my Fitbit data, it will show the data from 10 pm the previous day until 10 pm on the measured day. So if I'll export today's data it will show 10pm yesterday untill 10 pm this evening. Does this mean there is a 2-hour delay in the data? So 10pm yesterday is actually midnight?


If I look at my measures heart rate I just doesn't make sense? It would make more sense if I add 2 more hours. I hope my explanation is understandable.
