How do I get a replacement

Brought a Fitbit Charge 3 , about a year ago and now it's gone crazy. doesn't read heart rate , screen flashes on and off won't clear data from previous day , and battery keeps draining.

@alij0n3s  Remember that if you are out of the fitbit warranty period , quite often if you bought with a major credit card one of the perks is an extra years coverage through the card provider. My daughters Charge 3 recently expired (6 months after Fitbit coverage ended) and after finding the sales receipt email and card statement online I have a claim in through Visa (signature card) for a refund.
