How can I start a live chat with costumer services?

The live chat option can be found on the contact page at:

contact.fitbit.com

However, it's not a 24 hour service and will only be on that page when it's available. If you try within US west coast hours it should be there.

Lame customer service.  The weekends are when people have time to set up their devices and that is when customer support is CLOSED!  Need customer service 7 days a week!!!!!

if u can’t reset it by that actual device, try putting ure Fitbit on the charger and hold the button for about 3 seconds to force reset the watch
