I'm having a nightmare! My daughter came to me with her Fitbit which was saying wrong time. She's not synced for a while and when I tried it wouldn't log in. I was trying to solve it and now Fitbit has blocked my IP address!
So 1. How to I get my IP address unblocked. And 2. How do I log in when the email to reset password isn't coming through.
Can anyone help. I've messaged Fitbit, but no reply as yet and my daughter needs her watch asap.

I'm sorry but you will just need to wait for Fitbit.
You might want to shut down your router for a minute and then turn it back on. Sometimes this assigns a new IP

I used a vpn to get around the block customer service had no idea what was wrong.
