How do I remove the SpO2 from my Charge 4?

How can I delete this from my device. Take up too much charge!

Hello @Micahjah and welcome to the Community.  Please try the following path.  Tap on your device/battery icon in the upper left of your app > Charge 4 tile > swipe up to SpO2 in your app list > tap Uninstall.
