How do I replace the battery of my Charge 4?

How can I replace my Charge 4 battery?

I'd put it away when I got a charge 6. But I’m taking that charge 6 back! It never stays connected to my phone via Bluetooth! And it has NO “relax” feature. 

But the Charge 4 battery does not  hold a charge well.

Hi @MsNats there are places online that sell and/or replace Fitbit batteries, but you'd have to look them up. Once the factory seal is broken, there is no way for it to ever be restored.

Think the fact it's not holding charge could be a bigger issue. We all appear to be having battery draining issues since a recent update.... 😞
