How do I return my Charge 3?

I bought a Fitbit Charge 3 from Argos 17 days ago. I loved the look. However, I am really disappointed with it. The GPS is way out (by at least 600m!), the heart rate is out and the step count is way too high. I left it on the side over night and before I put it on my wrist I had done over 500 steps! 

This is a new watch and I would like to return it as it doesn’t do what it is supposed to do but, Argos are fobbing me off.  Can anyone help?
