Hi, I have a Charge 3. I noticed it was not holding its charge for as long as it has. Recently, during a charge, the smiley face came up and then the screen went blank. I tried a reset and it vibrated and a horizontal line pulsed across the screen. Then the horizontal line stuck on the face for about 3 hours and it froze. Please help

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If your tracker's display is corrupted and freezing, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

 

Now about the battery, in the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? you can find some tips you can apply.
