I sent my first Charge 3 back in January because it had too many issue. Bought another one today. How do I sync the new device with my phone using the same email address?

Hi there @DaveM33, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided, I'll be glad to help you.
As my friend @NellyG has suggested, try the following steps to add your new Charge 3:
1. Remove the old Charge 3 from the phone's Bluetooth settings.
2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
3. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
4. Setup your Charge 3 as a replacement.
Keep in mind that if you are going to use the same Fitbit email address you used to use with your old Charge 3, all your previous data will be stored on your Fitbit account (since the day you linked your old Charge 3 until now). Once the Charge 3 is paired to the account, your dashboard will start syncing and showing all the information tracked from your Charge 3.
If you don't want to see previous data and want to start from scratch with your Charge 3, you'll need to create a new account.

Hi @DaveM33 First you need to remove the old Charge 3 from your account (just log into your old account - dont try to set up a new one), select the account icon/avatar in the top left, and then select your (old) Charge 3. Tap the rubbish bin that is in the top right corner to delete it. Then select the plus sign to set up your new tracker.
