I got a Charge 3 from my niece, she never reset it. It still has her email linked to it. how do i fix this please? I have been waiting over an hour for someone from help desk. any advice would be great. please and thank you

You can reset the unit by following the steps provided by our friend, but you can also just set the device up without any problem by following the steps in the help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device?.
