How to set up Charge 3 to see incoming messages /notifications from my mobile phone?

I recommend reviewing the following help article for instructions about how to setup notifications. How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? In this link, you will also find troubleshooting steps in case an inconvenience is experienced.
