How do I start to setup and use Fitbit Charge 2

I have a Fitbit Charge 2 fresh out of the box. No instructions! I did the setup on my laptop (I do not have a cell phone). But what to do to now?

I am assuming the battery in the wrist band is dead - but do not know how to recharge it. 

Have never received a new item that has absolutely no instructions.

If no one can help me with this, let me know. I will be selling it - cheap.

Setup is launched on my laptop.

I put the fitbit wristband on. It lit up saying fitbit.com/setup

Have pressed the button on the side of the wristband a hundred times. No response.

Gave up.

Gave the present back to my husband and told him I don't want it. Sell it.

All I wanted was something that would count my steps - I want 10,000 each day.

This device is not for me.

i have the same problem. Can't get it to do anything. Have tried sync with phone and laptop. nothing works, its been charged.
