How do I transfer my old data to my new phone?

I received my fit bit on Christmas and synced it up to my old phone and everything was working fine but then my phone stopped working later on that day. I have been wearing my fit bit to the track everything since then but nothing has been recorded onto any phone since I did not have a working phone. I just got a new phone yesterday and I'm trying to figure out how to transfer the previously recorded information onto my account. I was wondering if there is anyway I could save the information already recorded or do I have to start over? Since this is a new phone do I have to re-set it up as well? By the way, while my phone has been shut off no information has been recorded; everything is at zero. Thanks in advance for any responses!

Hi @FitJess I hope you are doing well! Since you have a new phone, you just have to make sure that it is a compatible device, then download the Fitbit app to your phone, log into your existing Fitbit account (there is no need for you to create a new account and repeat the set up process) and then if you have not synced in a few days, don't worry, you can sync up to 7 days of detailed data.

I hope this clarifies your question. Let me know how it goes. Woman Wink
