How do I update my Charge 4?

It has been a while since I used my fitbit and everything has changed. Where do I go to update my charge 4 please.

Hello @Herbsahoy and welcome back to the Community.  You don't say how long you've been away.  Your Charge 4 might or might not have the current firmware and I will help you with that.  The Fitbit app had a major design change last year and I will help you navigate through it to check your firmware.  Tap on the icon in the upper left of your app, the one that looks like a mobile phone/watch/battery percentage.  Now tap on your Charge 4 tile.  If your firmware version is 1.100.76, then your Charge 4 is up to date and you don't need to do anything.  If it is a different version, then you should get an update option in the next few days.
