How do you delete all previous Data from Charge2...to start completely over

@vmb, the data is not stored in the Charge 2, but is stored on the Fitbit server each time the Charge 2 is synced. The easiest way to start over would be to create a new, separate account on Fitbit, using a different email address, and then add the Charge 2 to it.

@vmb I hope you're doing well! Additional to @USAF-Larry's suggestion you can also contact Support to request the deletion of your account so you can use your same email address to create a brand new account.

Hi, I am having the same problem. Today I received a used fitbit. The previous owner did not remove their account. So now I come along and create a new account and connect the fitbit charge 2 to my new account. All the previous owner's steps, and badges are connected to me.
I would think that I could just delete this from my account, but there is no place to do this. Seems like a simple thing to be able to do from a dashboard, but looks like no one has created this as a feature.
I would like my fitbit awards and records to reflect my own accomplishments, not someone else's.
Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.
