How do you set the time on the Charge?

How do you set the time on the Charge?  The battery has been dead and after charging it reads the wrong time and date.

It gets date and time from phone or other sync device each time it syncs.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab your profile picture App Settings. Time Zone.
Turn off the Set Automatically option.
Tap Time Zone and choose the correct time zone.
Sync your Fitbit device.
