How does the Charge 2 sync?

Can anyone tell me how to sync my Charge 2 Fitbit to my new notebook?  It's an ASUS and I already have an account set up from another hard drive with Dashboard and Log but I cannot sync it?  It's frustrating to say the least since I have not synced my Fitbit since June, my laptop at that time was  out of commission. Can you please advise?  Thank you!

Let me help you syncing your Charge 2 with your computer. Remember that you will need a Windows 10 computer. You can find instructions on how to do this here.
