It seems like they die after 2 years. I am on my fourth one, a Charge 4, purchased it August 2021 and seems to be not working as well anymore. Just wondering is this is the norm for most? Also, does it need to ever be reset if acting up? THANKS!

Hi @RebeccafromLA there's no real answer to your question. I have a friend whose Charge (not sure which one) has lasted more than five years. My own devices usually last two or so years before I get another one. Some of them still work, but once I swap, I stay with the newer one. Everyone is different in how they charge the devices, clean them, etc. My Flex lasted shy of two years. I've seen people post their Flex lasted five and even seven years. So, it really is the old expression "your mileage may vary" when it comes to wearables.

As for the restart option, it does take care of many glitches. I do it each time it goes on the charger. It's similar to rebooting a phone or computer. It doesn't remove any data, but it just puts things in the right order again.
