How long does replacement take in India

My ChargeHR band just peeled away and Fitbit team was gracious in offering a replacement. How long does it take for replacement to come in India? Anyone has an experience?

Hi, I have a blaze and had requested for a replacement as have  been facing some battery issues want to know in how many days will I get a replacement pebble in India.

I have Charge2 and for me it took 7 days after submitting my faulty pebble at warehouse personally. If you are sending fauly is pebble by courier, add local courier time as well.

I took only 24 hours to receive my replacement fitbit blaze pebble. I raised a request yesterday morning and today morning I received it. Looks like they are procuring replacement blazes in India as well.

 

P.S.- I live in NCR and package was shipped by Ingram Micro and it was delivered by BlueDart.

Hi Vips,

I have asked for a replacement fitbit as well and I was asked to fill a KYC form. Were you charged anything on delivery? And were you sent the KYC form by them?

Hi Asma,

No. I have not been charged any single penny for replacement. They may ask you to fill the form and deposit the pebble without strap at their local logistics partner.

You may get the replacement within a week.

Hi , there is no delivery charges! And kyc form is submitted by mail in the
time of customs clearance! It take me around 20 days to come from the date
of shipping! Thank you

Yes. You need to send only the pebble (keep strap with you). Unless you submit that back, they wont send the replacement.

I hope you got the replacement.

I am also facing an issue and Fitbit has offered a replacement. Just wanted to know if you had to pay the custom duty? What documents did you submit as an address proof? How long did it take for the delivery? Any other issue did you face at the customs?

Hey Vipul. i had actually asked for help from fitbit support through the app for my fitbit charge 3 since its display wasnt turning on . so i got a quick reply telling that they would offer a replacement for the same. and today i got an email saying my replacement order has shipped. and it has shipped from china. thats what made me worried a little. is it safe receiving package from china ? not because of covid, but other reasons . u may understand what am trying to say. please reply soon
