I have just manged to load the app onto my new phone.
I've managed to pair the device with my phone and it says it's syncing however that was 3 hours ago - why have i not seen any data?

check device compatibility: fitbit.com/devices
Now check if your tracker is paired around with another device.
Do the force sync by tapping on the tracker's picture on the app and then press sync now

I've done what you suggested - it's come up connected on the tracker and now gone to syncing. So the question is - is it really syncing?
