I have just manged to load the app onto my new phone.
I've managed to pair the device with my phone and it says it's syncing however that was 3 hours ago - why have i not seen any data?

I've done what you suggested - it's come up connected on the tracker and now gone to syncing. So the question is - is it really syncing?
